What we collect
When you submit a form or call us, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, and whatever you tell us about the property and your situation. We also automatically collect standard technical information — IP address, browser type, pages visited — and, if you arrived from an advertisement or a search, the campaign parameters attached to that visit.
What we use it for
To evaluate your property, prepare an offer, contact you about that offer, and complete a transaction if you accept one. We also use aggregate technical data to understand which pages are useful and which advertising works.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We are the buyer, not a lead generator: your details are not sold, shared or distributed to a network of investors, other home buying companies, or any lead marketplace.
Who we share it with
Only with parties necessary to complete a transaction you have chosen to pursue — escrow and title companies, our attorney, inspectors and contractors evaluating the property — and with service providers who operate this website and our email and phone systems on our behalf. We also disclose information where required by law.
Calls, texts and recording
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message and email about your property, including through an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on a call and we will remove you. California is a two-party consent state for call recording; we will tell you if a call is being recorded.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and, where enabled, for analytics and advertising measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Your California privacy rights
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, California residents have the right to know what personal information we have collected about them, to request that we delete it, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
